Google Doc Word Sort
You can use various Google tools to make certain curriculum routines more effective and efficient! Learn how to use Google Docs to do word sorts. NO SCISSORS NEEDED!
Watch the video that explains how to create a Google Doc word sort.
Go to your Google drive.
Click create on the left menu and then click ‘document.’
Create a title for your word sort.
Follow the instructions in the video and create word sort cards and two headers.
NOTE: When your students open the doc, they need to go to “File” then “Make a Copy” before editing it. That way they won’t overwrite each others’ work. They then need to then share it back with you.
