Scoot is an engagement activity to allow students to use their knowledge and apply it. Start by placing task cards around the room or on student’s desks. The students will be given a set amount of time to complete the task at their spot. When the timer goes off, they will “scoot” or move to the next task. Students will be recording and answering the questions at each station in order to apply the knowledge that has been taught.
